You make your own graphics and want to do
the browser skins yourself? Download this zip
it will convert the .bmp file to a .xip file.
Xip Maker
Make your skins in any graphic program like PSP 7
save as a .bmp file must be 800 width x 135 height.
Then click on the xip.exe and a little box will
come up. Drag the .bmp file to the center of the xip
maker and a new file is created for you. You will need
all files don't delete the .bmp file. Next open .bmp
file in the program you have and click on "Open File".
Open the .bmp file then go to "Image" drop down menu.
Click on resize & choose size eg. 395 width x 67 height.
Now click on save as and save the file as a jpg or gif.
You can save your .bmp files for your desktop wallpaper
or for trying out doing your own email stationery.

All you need is the hotbar panel code and to upload the
.xip & (jpg or gif) files you created to your site.
follow hotbar's javascript and you will have your skins!
